Here, dear friends, are a few lines of notice so that, rid of "Tom's Diner" adored by all, during the autumn and, once even the wind chill had come, we can, in all peace, devote (finally) our benevolent ears to the genius joy of listening to the necklace of rare pearls that constitutes this album of our favorite Suzanne Vega.
Let's give credit to Caesar for the fact that at the time of its release, about 9 months ago, the record was warmly welcomed by the critics, just recognition of an artist with a solitary path more enviable than that of her male namesake. Let's admit it, it's very unpleasant to have the impression that, for such or such other reason, we miss a little marvel of intelligence and finesse, or even worse, to miss tracks like "Rusted pipe" or the next single "Men in a war" which is scheduled to be released this month.
With or without DNA, Suzanne is authentic, her banner is the delicacy and by sound times of overexposure to the warmed and raunchy hard mixes, we can only applaud with 3 hands, but not too loudly because the charm would risk to break. Days of open hand can be translated by total generosity then useless to lower the head or to sink this one in the shoulders, the life is much too short to listen sad.
