Joe Andrews, Tom Halstead (Raime) et Valentina Magaletti, notre percussionniste préférée chez Vanishing Twin, se sont entourés de Olan Monk, James K, Coby Sey et Sophia Al-Maria en leur confiant la colonne vertébrale narrative d'un album sur la ligne de crête entre mélancolie et exaltation,
un équilibre oblique, fragile et (souvent) puissant, sans en avoir l'air. Une constante remise à zéro des compteurs tout au long d'une parfaite illustration que l'enthousiasme doit (devrait) se démultiplier à l'envi.

Joe Andrews, Tom Halstead (Raime) and Valentina Magaletti, our favorite drummer at Vanishing Twin, have surrounded themselves with Olan Monk, James K, Coby Sey and Sophia Al-Maria, entrusting them with the narrative backbone of an album on the cusp between melancholy and exaltation, a slanted, fragile and (often) powerful balance, without seeming so. A constant resetting of the counters throughout a perfect illustration that enthusiasm must (should) multiply endlessly.
