Le plébiscite est à la hauteur de l'ombrage d'un Bristol d'antan, et pourtant, une nouvelle ligne artistique apparait.
Si à l'instar, du titre de cet album, une étincelante lucidité semble prendre forme sous nos yeux, elle est la résultante d'un constat (laconique?) , et l'annonce d'une intention, l'amorce d'un virage aux couleurs d'une harmonie analogique (enfin) en apparence, offerte à celles et ceux dont l'envie est autre que les énièmes perditions et les désolantes solitudes, sans issue, d'un ambient sarcophage, dont la sempiternelle obscurité intentionnelle confère à la dissolution absolue et définitive - l'ennui structurel.

Si LUCID TO IT est encore une "promesse" sous influence, dont la signifiante (et belle) signature vocale, dominant l'ensemble, est l'une des parfaites illustrations d'un désir de mutation, on ne peut qu'espérer que cette nouvelle et aventureuse entreprise, puisse être une aube nouvelle, attendue.

To the immediate question regarding the track It's not about you, the answer is: Yes! Absolutely. The acclaim is as solid as the shadows of a classic Bristol scene, and yet, a new artistic direction emerges. If, like the title of this album, a striking lucidity appears before our eyes, it’s the result of a (laconic?) realization and the announcement of an intention, the beginning of a shift toward an analog harmony, finally, seemingly offered to those who crave something other than the endless wanderings and bleak loneliness, the inescapable ambient sarcophagus whose constant intentional darkness leads to absolute and definitive dissolution—structural boredom.

If LUCID TO IT is still an "influenced" promise, whose meaningful (and beautiful) vocal signature dominating the piece is a perfect illustration of a desire for transformation, one can only hope that this new and daring endeavor may be the awaited dawn of something new."
