The less seasoned, among us, will be able to salute the initiative, the others will, perhaps, have at heart to seize, opportunely, of this one to summon a memory, so often put to severe chronometric test. Happy idea, of which all the credit goes to the Berlin label Miasmah recordings, for whom, a simple neon tube became one day, literally blinding - an incandescent chiaroscuro. The limelight is sometimes so surprising. We easily agree that it is not necessary to go back to the genesis of this inaugural EP, from Deaf Center, logically praised when it was released in 2004, and currently remastered for a reissue, accompanied by high-resolution detail artwork.
Touched by grace, Erik K Skodvin and Otto A Totland were, who confirmed, a year later (Pale Ravine also reissued), all the good that had been said, before starting an adventure whose heights will remain indefinitely in chiaroscuro.
