Faut-il sérieusement s'inquiéter du redoutable talent expansif de Sorin Paun, aka HEXALYNE ?
Ce nouvel alias du musicien roumain le laisse manifestement augurer.
Non content du somptueux Tcaresset de janvier dernier, Hexalyne récidive avec, préalable à toute écoute, le plus beau titre d'ouvrage, imaginable en ces temps que nous ne qualifierons pas, de peur de devoir devenir grossiers. Oui ! Les surfaces sont prosaïquement aussi nulles et omnipotentes que les profondeurs ne puissent enfin apparaître à la lumière d'un jour ou un autre (pensée pour Guy Debord).
Premier constat, la strangulation sonore de toute obédience, notamment britannique (autechre), cohorte et pénible jeu d'apparences pour archivistes de genres, prostrés et donc de ... surface. Hexalyne joue, torture, décrypte, autopsie, dissèque la réalité perceptible avec méthode, vigueur et discernement, à l'instar des premières mesures de "intact surface" - fractionnement initial et pulvérisation salutaire des phénomènes.
"heliic surface", coup de maître, agglomérat sensible, confrontation saisissante d'atmosphères, nouvelle identité, fruit d'un chaos cellulaire, asynchrone, formule chimique encore instable, dont "quon surface" hérite immédiatement, pour une allégorie sinueuse, rythmique embryonnaire et finalement mélodique.
Rupture ! Nouvelle séquence pour ces null surfaces, si "Xentri" témoigne d'une farouche volonté constructiviste, les mécanismes intentionnels sont encore illusoires, confrontés à la solide crispation des particules, une tentative de domestication, magnifique dualité bientôt promise à l'ensevilissement sous l'assaut continu et résiduel. "Exal surface", nouvel exergue d'une réalisation stupéfiante, extrusion et accélération au coeur d'un soundscape aux proportions multiples, fluctuantes, abstraction nanométrique et géométrie hors-norme, Sorin Paun touche la grâce absolue. "Dexand surface", nul doute, null surfaces est indiscutablement promis à la postérité autant qu'à l'aube d'un jour nouveau.
Track de synthèse et convergence finale, grouillant, bouillonnant, "meti sine surface" laisse entrevoir de merveilleuses et nouvelles impatiences, un délicieux frisson de futurs et exaltants bonheurs - Magnifique !

Should we seriously worry about the formidable expansive talent of Sorin Paun, aka HEXALYNE ?
This new alias of the Romanian musician clearly augurs well.
Not content with the sumptuous Tcaresset of last January, Hexalyne does it again with, prior to any listening, the most beautiful title of a work, imaginable in these times that we will not qualify, for fear of having to become rude. Yes ! The surfaces are prosaically as null and omnipotent as the depths can finally appear in the light of one day or another (thought for Guy Debord).
First observation, the sound strangulation of all persuasions, notably british (autechre), cohort and painful game of appearances for archivists of genres, prostrate and therefore of... surface. Hexalyne plays, tortures, decrypts, autopsies, dissects the perceptible reality with method, vigor and discernment, like the first measures of "intact surface" - initial splitting and salutary pulverization of phenomenas.
"Heliic surface", masterstroke, sensitive agglomerate, striking confrontation of atmospheres, new identity, fruit of a cellular chaos, asynchronous, still unstable chemical formula, from which "Quon surface" immediately inherits, for a sinuous allegory, embryonic rhythm and finally melodic.
Breakup! New sequence for these null surfaces, if "Xentri" testifies to a fierce constructivist will, the intentional mechanisms are still illusory, confronted with the solid contraction of the particles, an attempt at domestication, magnificent duality soon promised to be buried under the assault continuous and residual. "Exal surface", new epigraph of an astonishing realization, extrusion and acceleration in the heart of a soundscape with multiple, fluctuating proportions, nanometric abstraction and extraordinary geometry, Sorin Paun touches absolute grace.
