The (radial) radiance of a trilogy traversing the unstained stained glass windows of Lotophagus records, during the summer of 2023 or settling, from the autumn of the same year, in the columns and present porous partitions of Mahorka : Christophe Bailleau is, indeed, back!
INSIGHT & VISION is the consequence and confirmation of an incessant exploration. The possible proof of an endemic dissatisfaction and constantly generative leap into the void, the edge of the abyss, please - "Marche ou crève ..." seems to indicate, without concessions, the merciless interlines. No possibility of choice, here the material is raw, the territory is virgin, literally suspended between artifice, its promises and distant cozy memories. Faithful to a form of intransigence, Christophe Bailleau strives to constantly undertake and pursue other stories, peripheral, and a few indestructible chimeras. Erased, disappeared forever, the first steps, in the cold Rennes darkness of a divine marquis slaying ambient conservatism. Forgotten, all those other friendships, the fleeting flashes.
The present? INSIGHT & VISION, the album that corroborates the roughness of a third salient angle, part of an intelligent sound geometry because complementary to its predecessors. No quarrel, the nanoscopic and the immense are finally reconciled, an emulsion or more certainly a concomitance around alleged "autistic disorders" facing the sacrosanct creativity. Almost certainly, "Reaagall vst VIP hall owl" will immediately scare away timid minds, salutary dissolution and good riddance to them! "Folie à deux" is a must! Absolute banger, the devastating aggression of an AI smashed against the solid walls of a dizzying speed - "Ethno barbecue (AI ghost)" confirms the distance traveled, we said it, Christophe Bailleau never looks back - sepia, withered images, OPN, Byrne & Eno suffer intensely from the sine die classification. "Huppeldub goth line" could easily pledge allegiance for its apparent ephemeral reminiscences, if it weren't already a devastating cyclone in formation. "Veteran YY veterann", Burroughsian cut-up, carefully placed on the wanderings of majestic sound architectures. "Nawak 31" has absolutely nothing to do with its title, which reveals the frank gesture of symphonic attacks. "A bridge no way", we can one day hope for the abusive use of this jingle, music radios also suffer from definitive archiving.
"Sept et six + small" Let's just stop for a moment... Bold and wise track for our future nomenclatures, Epicentral and rigorously phenomenal, superlatives follow each other at an infernal pace... it is clearly to be feared that the nevertheless seductive "Total waste of no time" will face the costs - injustice and chronology. Closing INSIGHT & VISION becomes a rather delicate exercise, "No way but O'" suggests not doing it - Rightly so!

L'étrange sensation d'un ailleurs si familier et déjà l'issue d'une épopée sonore, particulièrement audacieuse. Le rayonnement (radial) d'une trilogie traversant les vitraux sans tain de Lotophagus records, durant l'été 2023 ou s'installant, dès l'automne de la même année, dans les colonnes et les présentes cloisons poreuses de Mahorka : Christophe Bailleau est, bel et bien, de retour !
INSIGHT & VISION est la conséquence et la confirmation d'une incessante exploration.
La possible preuve d'une insatisfaction endémique et constamment générative du saut dans le vide, le bord du gouffre s'il vous plaît - "Marche ou crève ..." semble indiquer, sans concessions, les impitoyables interlignes.
Nulle possibilité de choix, ici le matériau est brut, le territoire est vierge, littéralement suspendu entre l'artifice, ses promesses, et les lointains souvenirs douillets. Fidèle à une forme d'intransigeance, Christophe Bailleau s'attache à constamment entreprendre, à poursuivre d'autres histoires, périphériques, et quelques chimères inoxydables. Effacés, disparus à jamais, les premiers pas, dans la froide pénombre rennaise d'un divin marquis pourfendeur des conservatismes ambiants. Oubliées, toutes ces autres amitiés, les éclairs fugaces.
Le présent ? INSIGHT & VISION, l'album qui corrobore l'aspérité d'un troisième angle saillant, partie prenante d'une géométrie sonore intelligente car complémentaire de ses prédécesseurs.
Nulle querelle, le nanoscopique et l'immensité sont enfin réconciliés, une émulsion ou plus certainement une concomitance autour de prétendus "désordres" autistiques faisant face à la sacro-sainte créativité.
Une quasi-certitude, "Reaagall vst VIP hall owl" fera immédiatement fuir les esprits timorés, dissolution salutaire et bon vent à eux !
"Folie à deux" s'impose ! Banger absolu, l'agression dévastatrice d'une IA fracassée sur les parois solides d'une vitesse vertigineuse - "Ethno barbecue (AI ghost)" confirme la distance parcourue, nous l'avons dit, Christophe Bailleau ne se retourne jamais - images sépia, racornies, OPN, Byrne & Eno souffrent intensivement du classement sine die.
"Huppeldub goth line" pourrait aisément faire allégeance pour ses apparentes réminiscences éphémères, s'il n'était déjà un cyclone dévastateur en formation.
"Veteran YY veterann", cut-up Burroughsien, prudemment déposé sur les égarements d'architectures sonores majestueuses. "Nawak 31" n'a rigoureusement rien de son titre, qui recèle le geste franc des attaques symphoniques. "A bridge no way", nous pouvons un jour espérer l'utilisation abusive de ce jingle car les radios musicales souffrent, elles aussi, d'archivage définitif.

Track bold et avisé pour nos futures nomenclatures, Épicentral et rigoureusement phénoménal, les superlatifs se succèdent à cadence infernale ... il est manifestement à craindre que le pourtant séduisant "Total waste of no time" en face les frais - injustice et chronologie.
Clôturer INSIGHT & VISION devient un exercice pour le moins périlleux, "No way but O'" propose de ne surtout pas le faire - À juste titre !
